Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are despatched within 2 business days after we receive payment from you. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
316 Treasures ships goods Australia wide and to some international locations. Currently we ship to Australia and New Zealand.
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st May 2011. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
Customer Service Policy
316 Treasures is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
Customer satisfaction is the most important element to our company. If you are not 100 satisfied with your order, and wish to make a return, you must contact us to receive a return authorisation number within 7 days.
If you receive a damaged item please contact us by email first before returning any order. Please include your Order ID#, the Item# or Item#s you wish to return and the reason for the return. We strongly advise that you do not open the package in the event that it appears to have been damaged in transit.
We do not cover any return shipping costs.
We do not issue refunds for returns; we will credit your account.
Returns will not be accepted if you contact us more than 7 days after receiving the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
